A little help from my friends...

Dear Everyone,

Andy and I, in efforts to earn a little extra income, are looking into some freelance design work. One thing in particular: wedding announcements. So if you are engaged or know someone who is engaged, we're offering to design and lay out wedding announcements FOR FREE to build up our portfolio. Or, in the event that you are not engaged but are married, we're still looking to build up our portfolio, so if by chance you'd feel okay about letting us use your engagement photos to make some samples, we'd be much obliged. We wouldn't use your real names or anything, just your photos, if you're willing. And if you're not, that's just fine.

And in the event that you are neither engaged nor married, well, then, get on the ball. Um jay kay.
